Exclamation Front Street motorcycle removal on October 8

On October 8, 2009 several motorcycles were relocated from the North side of Front Street West between Bay and Yonge at approximately 4 PM. If your motorcycle was relocated or you have information about the removal on this date please contact the following person with any information you may have:

    Scott Culley
    Towing Investigator
    Contract Services Section
    Toronto Police Services
    Parking Enforcement Unit
    416 808 6604 or e-mail him at scott.culley@torontopolice.on.ca

This was written on a green cardboard note I found on my bike today while parked at Toronto Street. I thought it might be of interest. I have no clue what it is about though, so don't ask me.

That was on my bike too today. I did see what happened but I don't remember specifics and I deleted the pictures I took. I was going to post them on here in case it was anyone here's bike but I got busy and deleted the pictures a few days ago. I can only assume that they were not towed to a legit place, maybe they were stolen cause I don't know why the police would get involved.

Maybe an over-zealous or incompetent "ticketmaster" was the culprit. Someone complained to the police and they are now trying to find what exactly happened. I don't see why else the Perking Enforcement Unit would be involved.

Maybe they shouldn't have been towed or the owners can't find where the bikes were towed to?

I'd be interested in finding out what this is about, if anyone turns up the information. There was nothing that I could find on the TPS website.

Does it save them to a memory card? Or internal memory?

If it saves pics to a memory card... then there is still a chance to recover them.
