I emailed them today, too. It's seems EXTREMELY low for that particular helmet if that's the correct price.
It may not be Snell approved but I'm sure it's ECE approved. Shark is a French company and geared for European market.
I would definitely pick up a couple but I fear they will be sold out by Wednsday which is my day off.
