He brought his A game to that race. Good to see he's back to good health, as he is VERY competetive. Rossi was lining him up a couple of times, but I think Rossi would have been beyond 100% if he tried a pass.

I PVR'ed the race, stoner was the best i have seen him, he really had the DS doing everything! Rossi knew lorenzo was out so instead of trying something crazy (didn't this happen before!!) he played it safe and took the points...the championship is pretty much his. -all he has to do is finish on the podium in the next couple of races....

As far as the riding rossi was pushing stoner around the track for the most part...0.6-0.7 apart for most of the race. stoner pulled away the last couple of laps...i think rossi new that getting around stoner was going to be more than he was willing to risk...

Honestly i really feel bad for Hayden...NOTHING goes his way...

I'm a Stoner fan, but Rossi was holding back.

Stoner said he dropped the lap times to get Rossi to make a move, but Rossi never responded. If Rossi was trying, 1 second would have been more than enough time for him to do something... or at least make it much more interesting.

Rossi has won 9 titles. 7 of them in Motogp. Stoner has won 1 title in Motogp.
