there are no rules for your motorcycling life except the ones you make my man. i rode recklessly and stupid, when i was young. a combination of poor equipment and poor skills. i got better bikes i became a better rider but by then i had been hurt so badly a few times i wasnt pushing the limits very far. then i got some track time under my beltand some coaching by really good riders and i improved. but again too old and too busted up to ride that hard on a purpose built machine. and i am kinda big and heavy now. i am just glad to see the sport bike types dont have the evil prejiduce that the fair weather weekend pirates do.

If over 10 degrees and no salt yet, why not? Last chance for good ride and to socialize with bikers of all types before the snow flies.

This sounds like a great ride to close the season. There has to be some interesting roads in that area. As long as the weather isn't crap I'll try and make it.

I don't care so much about the rally, just the ride, so I get to check it out but in the end I can't really be dissappointed.

If the weather is good Lynn, I might just go ahead and tag along with you.

kool a non-sportbiker. Last GTAM ride I went on there was like 90 sportbikers, no cruisers and my scooter lol.

Hope to see you in Dover. Can't miss me.

i have a small group organized to go already! we can hook up and go down together if you like. we will probably take a route that keeps us off of the 401 as it is a terrible peice of road and i hate to ride on it. it may take longer but it will be a lot more scenic and interesting.

wow just looked up Port Dover on the map. You can swim over to Cleaveland.

Heard the police will be in full force strip searching all on 2 wheels based on complaints from local residences. Just off the top my head I think the cut-off is 69 DB? Hope my scooter passes the noise exam. Maybe I should take the motorcycle just to see how many DB it would register.
