Just got back from Dover. Nice ride in this morning, and the day was incredible for the middle of November. The pulled pork sandwiches were excellent and all the people I met down there today were very friendly and some of the bikes were amazing. But the guy riding around on the old honda with the red g-string and santa hat was abit over the top, and somewhat distrubing. The only bad part of the day was the ride from Cayuga to home, on the back of a towtruck. Battery died with only 35k left to make it home. But all in all a great day for my first 13th. Hope everyone that made it had a good time as well.

it sure was a nice day, i spent it in my septic tank fixing my intake line and putting a new baffle on my outtake line as well as all the time it took to dig it up. 3 feet down! i hope it was a great and safe day. i will see many of you at the next one for sure. no excuses.

i just found out also why my brother in law who is form kitchener area( new dundee) jammed out on me as well. he had an accident the day before. he was going around a car that was in the middle of the road with it's turn signal on for a left turn when the driver changed his mind and turned right. my bro in law swerved and avoided a collision with the car but put down hi right foot to steady himself and shattered his right lower leg bones. he then tipped hi mint 1985 gl1200 over in the ditch. poor guy. i am still trying to get the details straight. he was in surery i guess thursday night. i havent heard and i havent been bothering them either. i will call tonight and find out the poop.

Nothing special. Was there for couple of hours and hit down to Port Colbourn taking The Scenic Route along bank of Grand River. That was really nice.

i have been looking at pics on many different websites and it is great how many bikes came out on nov. 13th! it is so nice and sunny and everyone looks like they are enjoying themselves! nothing wrong with an event like that. except it does appear to be heavily biased to harleys and cruisers in general. more sport bikes would be a boon!
