    Member can't log in

    My fiance can't log in.

    He is a gtam member already (Mayhem) but he gets a message saying his user name is not recognized/invalid. However, it is correct. He's trying to get his password reset because he can't remember it but it won't accept his email either, it just keeps giving this not valid error message

    Any ideas?

    The info in second message I sent you was the way to go. It let me send his info to him and he's now logged on
