Bump.

Went in there today to browse around and lo and behold I looked in their 50% off bin and found some First Gear Carbon heated gloves for half price and a perfect fit. I've been wanting a pair of waterproof heated gloves that aren't bulky and these are it. Lots of summer gloves in the bin too.

I bought my first helmet, gloves and jacket from them - my girlfriend bought her first helmet, jacket and pants from them and continue to be happy with them over the years.

Always nice people in there and good service.

Like anywhere, it depends on the person who serves you. If Dave G. tells me something, I take it as Gospel. Recently, however, I went in to order something fairly common and one of his guys told me that it wasn't available anymore. I said OK, shook my head, and went home to order it online. Had it, in hand, in less than 2 weeks.

I am a big fan of parker brothers, their prices are a bit inflated.

I am not a big fan of the new skinny asian guy that's working there.

The other guy who knows a lot about parts is the older a bit heavier set asian guy.

But their kids are very helpful as well.
