Bata shoes has released a sandal designed for motorcycle riding, with "lots of safety features."

While absurd, it is probably still better than riding wearing a normal flip flop as I believe is a popular practice in Bangladesh. (Not sure why I believe that's popular please correct me if im wrong.)
