Port Dover Friday the 13th 9:30 RIde

Heading out to Port Dover, leaving 401 & Weston Rd @ 9:30.

Meet @ 9:15 Leave @ 9:30

Second stop to meet up with others.

QEW & Walkers Line, North to the shell. Meet up @ 9:45ish Leave @ 10:00 ish.

Taking the longer route with turn along the way to Cayuga and ride along the lake.

Hi - Your route in sounds like the route I would prefer too. I'm riding down from Mississuaga/Meadowvale area, if you are interested in hooking up. Should mention though, I'm a cruiser rider (Kawasaki Nomad), in case that's an issue for you. Your midmorning travel time is perfect.

I'll meet you at the tims on weston and 401. I'm on a 250, so i won't be doing any spectacular speed runs on the way down. Hope you don't mind.

Im up for this too, but im in hamilton. Two of us are going.

im on a 125, but can go upto 120kms if thats fast enough i wana come, what goins on in port dover on the 13th? saw a couple pics looks like thers like a street party or something

There's sumtn for evry 1.
You either love it, or you hate it.
I've been going for ~25 yrs.
There will be more people per sq ft than you've seen in a while this Friday. Riders come from all across North America. It's our version of Daytona Bike week, or Sturgess, all crammed into one day. Hundreds of riders will always spend the weekend at this time of year.
The burn out pit, which was a blast, was 'removed' years ago.

Cool sounds like a hell of a day, ill come check it out wit my buddiez, prob gona come later tho, what time do they finish? Or is it like a full day thing?

Sounds like we'll have a good group going!

And travel speed, about 20 over, that's it, way too many cops around for much more than that.

I'll try to post a link with the route, so we can have some meeting points in Mississauga and Hamilton.

sorry that i cant join this ride, but does anyone know what back roads i would be able to take from scarborough to get there? the route google is giving me says 4 hours :(

gonna try to head out to join this ill be riding a harley 2 up anychance of a garmin route for this and have you picked any meet spots yet

i just recovered from a broken wrist (right hand), and am totally up for going to dover. this will be my first, so i dont know what to expect.

so were meeting at the timmies at 401 and weston rd? ill be coming from 427 and qew area. im riding a 650 vstar..nothing too crazy but i can keep up no problem.

My route passes most of the traffic and merges @ the bridge. So only a short slow drive, the rest is fun!

For someone that's never been, when does this thing die down? Earliest I can probably make it would be 8 PM, and I want to know if it's worth my while to even ride down for it.
