Chain Replacement - how ?
replacing a 520-110 chain.. have googled it blah blah blah.. but wanted to get your advice guys
in terms of a chain breaker - what would your recommend? saw the Tusk ones on ebay for very cheap.. vs bike shops who want $70-130 range for Chain removal kits...
or angle grinder method..?
any tips or advice.. or recommendations for chain breakers appreciated! (princess auto one ok at $29.99??)

Dremel if you have one.
If you're going to put on the new chain yourself you'll need a chain tool anyhow, and most of them come with a punch bit for punching pins out of the extra links.

If you need a chain breaker it stands to reason that you're replacing a diverted chain, so focus on a tool that does both breaking and riveting. I bought the Motion PRO chain breaker/rivetter and have used it on 530, 525 and 520 chain on three of the bikes in my signature. It's paid for itself. The price at McBride's was steep at $130 iirc.

I use a grinder to get it off, and a hammer and dolly to pein over the new link.
You can also buy chains now that have a bolt-on master link.
