Sunny and Drew are in St Thomas but I know they are doing the Hamilton bike show in a couple weeks so maybe you could work something out with them. Too bad you didnt post before the show.

I've had quite a bit of hockey gear and the likes fixed up by a mennonite harness maker in St. Jacobs. Shortened the length of my handbar tie downs with an excellent heavy duty stitching.
Can give you easy directions if you want. Cheap and gets stuff done in about a week too. Send me a PM if interested.
If it's more convenient, (or if you're not in a rush) we will be at the World of Motorcycles Expo in Kitchener on March 10-11. Look for the Slightly Stoopid Racing booth. We'll actually be at all 3 of their shows this year ;)
