Hey dizzy, I have a question for you before I start the 12 week gethin program: did you bother with taking the supplements? I'd rather stay away from them, but the green tea supplement that this guy talks about sounds like it's too good to be true lol "suppresses your appetite while boosting up your metabolism and making your body use fat as the primary source of energy"
