Stormcat outed you! You're close and apparently like working on bikes, so figured I'd throw a friend request at you. I'm really getting interested in working on the 2000 ex500 I just bought, but am very new to riding (first bike) and know next to nothing about mechanics, lol. Anyway, I live near the Forks, so if you're in the area let me know!

Wondering whereabouts you work out of? Have some tires that need mounting.

frekeyguy, nice bike - looks fast.

My wife and I usually do day trips in central Ontario: forks of the Credit, Orillia for lunch, Peterbourough, Wasaga, mostly the backroads, away from traffic. We are at Scarb/Pickering boarder so it is a few minutes till we are on the country roads. We would like to meet some new people for rides etc... (No vests or badges for me!). Might take a ride to Pelee Island this summer??

Thanks for the welcome to the forum. I can see there are not too many cruisers here, no problem. I just can't get into wearing a black vest with all those crests sewn on like the other cruising groups.

thanks for the input for my tail light and signals.. I guess size does matter..just hate the look of the stock signals..they are so damn big.. ohh well.. safety first
