    I do, I do!!

I get a notification whenever anyone writes a message here. So I look and hope someday someone will write something relevant. I'm 65 years old and like to go on 4-8 day rides in Pennsylvania, New England, and of course the Tennessee smokies.

I thought this area would allow all the old fartz to share some plans beyond picking their nose hairs - gray or otherwise.

    So.... away we go.

obviously i poke in... i find being older (not yet 65) my biggest thing is comfort and that means staying warm.

This fall has not blessed you with much warmth.
I was on a trek in Pennsylvania in mid September from the 12th to the 17th. Tionesta on 62, Ridgway on the 219 and Coudersport on 44/6 were our overnight stops. Great country roads and I was hoping to get another ride in before parking the bike for the winter.

You know what the weather has been like in the last 6 or 7 weeks. Just crap!
    Looking forward to May 2010

St. Lucia is a larger island and has some great bike roads - twisty mountain sweepers and lots of beaches - volcanoes even!!!
