  1. The vintage jackets we wear do not have any CE armor. Some have thick padding sewn into the elbows and shoulders. Most DTT members are not so concerned with optimal safety gear but then again we aren't doing 200 kph on the highways.
  2. Ahh...to Kensington, it is, then. Yorkville's a quick way to break pockets, so I usually just wait for sales. If you saw something that you REALLY liked...pretty much all stores at one point in the year have a 30-60% off sale.

Just a question about the dtt-type jackets though: I'm guessing that the ones you guys wear don't have armour? They look amazing, but I'm not sure I'd be willing to take the leap of going without some protection :S
  3. Hey I checked out this store on the weekend. Spoke to one of the co-owners, really cool guy. We talked old bikes quite a bit. The store really does cater to high end clientele and wallets.
  4. Thanks for the link. I've heard about this store but haven't been there. Yeah, way out of my league price wise, I'm not much of a designer duds kinda guy. Those Ruby helmets are $1000. Cheers, RG.
  5. Hey Retro,

I ran across this store: http://www.blogto.com/fashion/serpentine and figured you might like it...

A bit pricey, but who knows - maybe you'll find something you like.
