Hey man - I had to remove Mani because it was crashing the server every few mins. I removed mani, and it's been rock solid ever since. I can give you the rcon password if you know how to use rcon, but it's 10 times more difficult than mani since there is no on-screen menu for it. But you _can_ do any admin function you need to with rcon. If you have never used it, do a google search for rcon counter strike commands and next time you're in the server I'll help you learn how to change maps, etc.
